Bob Mancuso, LMT; CSMT; is a South Carolina state licensed Massage Therapist, and a Certified Sports Massage Therapist. His specialty is the prevention and treatment of soft tissue injuries in athletics and managing pain caused by postural dysfunction. Bob has worked with elite and Olympic hopeful runners, and utilizes massage, corrective exercise and movement therapies to enable his clients to heal themselves and function at an optimal level. With extensive undergraduate and post-grad training in exercise science and biomechanics, Bob is well versed in human soft tissue anatomy as it pertains to movement in sport.
Bob is an avid trail runner and has been running for health and fitness, as well as competition for 34 years. He also competes in indoor rowing races on Concept 2 Indoor Rowers. Bodyweight strength training rounds out his training regimen. When not running the local trails or suffering on the Concept 2 Erg, Bob can be found romping around with his two beagles, Gretchen and Miss Daisy-Mai (see our Beaglemania page on this site).

Ruth McDonough, LMT; Certified Reflexologist, is a South Carolina state licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Reflexologist. Her specialties are Reflexology, Stress Management and Sports Massage. Ruth has an eclectic style, utilizing techniques from various bodywork modalities to help her clients function at their very best.
Ruth enjoys running the local trails as long as there is "no up", for health and fitness. She also gets a great workout romping with her two beagles, Gretchen and Miss Daisy-Mai (see our Beaglemania page on this site).
Ruth co-owns Blue Ridge Sports & Therapeutic Massage with her husband Bob.
Bob and Ruth are both graduates of the prestigious Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Fl., having fulfilled the stringent curriculum requirements as well as many additional hours of study attaining advanced certifications in their areas of specialty.
